An enchanting valley, blooming with beloved stories, will welcome guests aboard the Disney Adventure, Disney Cruise Line’s new ship sailing out of Singapore in 2025. Among the highlights of this magical journey is the Disney Imagination Garden, one of seven uniquely themed areas designed to transport guests into the pages of well-loved Disney tales alongside their favorite characters.
The Heart of Disney Adventure
Disney Imagination Garden serves as the emotional heart and central hub of the Disney Adventure. This vibrant, open-air space features a state-of-the-art theatrical stage, two delightful quick-service eateries, an alluring bar, and a selection of garden-view staterooms, all designed to immerse guests in the magic of Disney storytelling.
Exploring Disney Imagination Garden
As guests enter Disney Imagination Garden, they will feel as though they have stepped into a classic pop-up storybook. The playful, paper cut-out styled landscapes are embellished with decorative foliage, including blossoming flowers, shaped topiaries, tall trees, and cascading vines. Among the lush greenery and trellises, guests will spot a delightful mix of popular characters, iconic symbols, and fan-favorite Easter eggs from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel stories.
For families staying in designated Garden View staterooms—an all-new category for Disney Cruise Line—access to a verandah offers unmatched views of the ship’s garden. The space is anchored by the theatrical Garden Stage on one end and a charming courtyard on the other. A large open “lawn” area leads to a grand staircase framed by adorned arches and leafy branches dotted with hanging lanterns, creating amphitheater-style seating perfect for enjoying live entertainment on the Garden Stage. One of the highlights includes Avengers Assemble!, an action-packed signature stage show featuring Marvel Super Heroes and Villains.
At the top of the grand staircase, guests will discover a quaint courtyard surrounded by towering trees designed to resemble storybook cut-outs featuring familiar animal pals. Look closely—who might you recognize?
A Touch of Magic: The Castle at Sea
Presiding over Disney Imagination Garden is a stunning storybook castle, soaring three decks tall. This breathtaking artwork draws inspiration from castles both real and imagined found in Disney stories and theme parks worldwide. Guests can find nods to iconic structures like the Walt Disney Pictures castle, Sleeping Beauty’s castle at Disneyland Paris, and Rapunzel’s castle. Influences from sketches by legendary Disney artists such as Herbert Ryman, Frank Armitage, and Eyvind Earle add to the castle’s charm. Below, a decorative waterfall surrounded by a wave motif celebrates Disney Cruise Line’s first castle at sea.
Culinary Adventures at the Family Table
Disney Imagination Garden will also feature two quick-service eateries inspired by the animated worlds of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ The Jungle Book and Moana. Both locations offer indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while taking in the day’s entertainment from the Garden Stage.
- Mowgli’s Eatery: This casual eatery will serve Indian cuisine, including vegetarian and regional dishes with a special Disney twist, inspired by Mowgli’s epic journey in The Jungle Book.
- Gramma Tala’s Kitchen: Invoking the vibrant scenery and island flair of Moana, this inviting restaurant will showcase an imaginative menu featuring the diverse flavors found throughout the Pacific and Asia.
