Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe at Magic Kingdom Park has introduced a mouthwatering “create-your-own” menu concept, bringing a taste of the American Southwest to Walt Disney World. This reimagined dining experience offers guests a variety of Tex-Mex inspired options, allowing for personalized meals that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.

Create-Your-Own Bowls

The new menu features a customizable bowl option where guests can choose their base:

  • Steamed Tamale: Green chili-cheese tamale with stewed pinto beans, queso fresco, and pico de gallo
  • Nacho Bowl: House-fried corn tortilla chips with stewed pinto beans, chipotle queso, and pico de gallo
  • Rice Bowl: Stewed pinto beans, cilantro-lime rice, cowboy caviar, pico de gallo, and queso fresco
  • Southwest Caesar Salad: Romaine with creamy salsa verde dressing, pepitas, queso fresco, pico de gallo, and tortilla strips

Guests can then add their choice of protein:

  • Citrus-Chipotle Chicken
  • Green Chili Pork
  • Coca-Cola Cherry Braised Beef

For an additional charge, diners can double their protein portion or add a second protein to their bowl.

A loaded burger with Fritos and a side of fries on one plate, and a garnished flatbread with toppings including lettuce, tomato, and sour cream on another plate.

The menu also features new à la carte selections:

  • Charro Beans
